This video is part of a capstone project. I recorded it in .mp4 format using the Flip Video Camcorder ( <$130, 2 hour recording capacity, USB port to computer. http://www.theflip.com/) The .mp4 file is 66 megs, 640 x 480 pixels.

I could post it directly using QuickTime. Instead I converted it to flash video using Format Factory (http://www.formatoz.com/). The file below is 9 megs in size. I could have converted it to .wmv, about the same size as the flash video, and used our streaming media server to stream it.
